It’s absolutely chock full of new content for the two year old game, headed up by the return of series favourite Brewster. Nintendo revealed the contents of the update during a special Direct broadcast a couple of weeks ago.

The update was originally announced to be going live alongside the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Happy Home Paradise DLC. Nintendo appears to have dropped Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ eagerly anticipated 2.0 update 24 hours earlier than scheduled.
